Advisor - Tauira (Student) Recruitment

Overview

Fixed term, full-time position (37.5 hours per week).

Flexibility to work after hours and weekends will be required.

Located in Porirua, Wellington.

As an Advisor - Tauira Recruitment, you'll be promoting, supporting and contributing to regional annual student recruitment targets by attracting students to the wide range of tertiary education programmes we deliver.

Responsibilities

Present and promote TWoA programmes and services to external stakeholders and communities.

Develop and implement student recruitment plans, projects and campaigns.

Use CRM as a student recruitment tool.

Host programmes, activities and events.

Support kaiako to roll-out plans.

About you

We\'re looking for someone who has the following :

3+ years' experience in marketing, student recruitment or in an education related role.

Understands and uses basic te reo Maori phrases, mihi and greetings.

Prepared to increase knowledge, understanding and everyday use of te reo and ahuatanga Maori and support other kaimahi in the same endeavour

Full clean New Zealand Drivers Licence

Diploma in business or marketing related field would be ideal.

As a kaupapa Maori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Ahuatanga Maori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
