At Scitex, we’re partnering with a respected industry leader to help them appoint a National BDM Manager to drive growth across the New Zealand market. This role is perfect for a proven business development professional who thrives in technical environments, enjoys being customer-facing, and is motivated by winning major project-based work.

Our client is well known across healthcare, industrial, and commercial construction. Holding industry relationships with facility managers, project leads, and infrastructure decision-makers—especially within hospitals, prisons, and the organisations responsible for designing and building these critical environments will be key.

What you will do

• Lead national BD activity and grow market presence across NZ
• Build and manage relationships with consultants, contractors & facility managers
• Target hospital, prison, large infrastructure projects, and wholesalers using your network
• Generate new business and expand existing accounts through technical solutions
• Present proposals, tenders, drawings, and product recommendations
• Track pipeline, report on market trends & deliver on monthly sales targets
