Service / Operations Manager

Technicool Refrigeration is growing! we’re looking for a Service / Operations Manager to join our friendly team in Tauranga.

This is a permanent, full-time role, based at 112 Third Ave, Tauranga.

About the Role

You’ll play a key role in leading our Service and Maintenance Department — quoting, estimating, scheduling, supporting the team, and helping keep things running smoothly.

Your day will include :

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Promptly preparing and submitting quotes for projects, repair and maintenance jobs
• Working alongside our experienced Supervisor to co-manage daily operations
• Staying current with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices

About You

You’re an experienced Service Manager or Refrigeration / HVAC technician who’s ready to move into an estimating / quoting and leadership-focused role.
