We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Team Members to join us on a fixed-term contract, covering our busy Spring and Summer seasons.

Flexi Team Member Roles – Fixed Term (Start ASAP until end of January 2026).

Role details

As a Flexi Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our store—helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and making sure everything looks great.

Role 1 : Four days – 32 hours per week

Role 2 : Four days – 32 hours per week

Note : These roles require availability to work one weekend day per week.

Shifts are 8 hours, and rosters are provided 2 weeks in advance.

Shortlisted candidates must be available to attend a group interview on Wednesday 2nd October 2025.

Responsibilities

Filling shelves and maintaining stock hygiene, ensuring products are well-presented, clean, and easy to find.

Engaging in physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items, so a good level of physical fitness is important.

Working collaboratively with other team members to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Delivering great customer service with a friendly and approachable attitude.
