Your People Recruitment – Dunedin, South Island

  • Permanent | 20 hours per week | Start mid-January 2026
  • Convenient suburban location with easy parking
  • $27–28 per hour (TBC)

We’re seeking a capable, proactive Administration Team Support person to join a busy, friendly office. You’ll be working Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 1.00 pm , providing a mix of administrative and customer service support in a varied and rewarding role.

If you’re someone who brings energy, initiative, and a can-do attitude, whether you’re an experienced administrator or someone with proven entry-level admin experience, now ready to learn and grow, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a small, close-knit admin team, handling a wide variety of tasks including :

  • Frontline reception and customer service (phone, email, visitors)
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable in Xero
  • Data entry, document management, and general office support
  • Raising purchase orders and ordering supplies
  • Website and social media updates
  • Providing general support to the Director, Team Leader, and wider team
  • You’ll be trusted to get things done, help keep the office running smoothly, and bring your best to the team and to everything you do.

  • Comfortable juggling a variety of tasks
  • Confident using office systems and software including Google docs, and willing to learn new systems
  • A team player who takes pride in great customer service
  • If you have transferable skills from other roles, we’ll happily provide training in any new systems and processes.
