About the Role
This newly created position is designed to keep the pharmacy team focused on dispensing by placing you as the first point of contact for customer enquiries. As a Pharmacy Administrator, you'll bring Level 4 Pharmacy Technician expertise to manage high-volume phone and email queries, along with in-person support for click and collect customers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and in-personOwn and manage customer order and payment systems (Shopify, Windcave, AfterPay, ZIP and EFTPOS)Assist clients with click and collect ordersProvide technically accurate advice and informationSupport the pharmacy team with administration, documentation and communicationPrioritise tasks, manage competing demands and maintain a smooth workflowAssist with office management tasks (ordering supplies, coordinating repairs and reception upkeep)Skills & Experience
Level 4 Pharmacy Technician qualification (essential)Clear, confident communicator, written and verbalPrevious administration and / or customer service experienceStrong technology capabilityFamiliarity with Shopify or similar platforms and order management systems is preferredHigh attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectivelyStrong problem solving skillsAdaptable and proactive, with a continuous improvement mindsetConfidential and trustworthy, able to handle sensitive information with integrityApply Now
