We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Logistics to lead our Inwards Goods, Distribution Centre and Delivery Team to ensure that all stock moving in and out of these facilities is safe, secure and accurately account for.What you'll doOversee the logistics functions across Inwards Goods, Distribution Centre and DeliveryWork closely with the Store Operations Manager, Retail Manager and Trade Manager to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.Lead and inspire a high-performing Logistics team, focusing on accuracy, speed and excellent customer serviceWhat you'll bringPrevious experience in logistics, warehousing or the transport industry is essentialStrong leadership and communication skills, with proven leadership experienceA driven approach to problem-solving and decision-makingFamiliarity with retail systems and inventory management would be beneficial.Why join us?

This is a full-time role working on a Monday to Friday roster pattern, with early morning starts.
