Overview

We’re looking for a sharp, reliable hospo professional to join our team at Columbus Coffee Mitre10 Mega Whanganui. We are on the lookout for a full time Barista / Front of House superstar who is passionate about coffee and great customer service. You’ll work as part of our team, helping us deliver consistent quality and a welcoming vibe to our customers. We’re serious about doing things properly — but we also believe work should feel good. We keep things light, back each other, and we love to have a laugh while getting the job done.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee and other drinks
Maintain clean and organised workstations
Deliver friendly, efficient service with a smile
Multi-talented able to jump between positions

Qualifications

Has barista / Cafe experience and good coffee knowledge

Works well under pressure and communicates clearly

Is reliable, punctual, and a team player

Enjoys engaging with customers and creating a positive vibe

Wants to grow and learn in a well-run, supportive business

Candidate must have own transport and have full NZ working rights. The role will include weekend work and Public Holidays.
