• About the Role
• The Fracture Liaison Coordinator has a key rolein the delivery of care and service development of a secondary fractureprevention programme. This includes the provision of specialist clinicalexpertise, in patient care and the support of other members of themultidisciplinary team, to ensure a fracture risk assessment and treatment(where appropriate) is delivered to all individuals with fragility fractures.
• About you
• Thisis an advanced clinical practice role therefore we are looking for an experience Healthcare Professional with fracture management experience. The successful person will need experienceworking within clinical standards, guidelines / pathways / protocols and standingorders to deliver innovative, evidence-based solutions and patient focused carefor secondary fracture prevention within a multi-disciplinary setting. Other requirementsfor this role includes :
• New Zealand Registration and APC for your HCP Profession
• Minimum PG DIP and likely working towards Masters or NP
• Working at HealthNew Zealand
