Butchery Assistant - New World Oamaru

BUTCHERY ASSISTANT 30 – 40 HRS Weekly

Are you looking for a change or a fresh new challenge?

We are seeking a butchery assistant to work alongside our experienced butchers in a busy and dynamic environment. We require the successful applicant to be able work fast and efficiently.

To succeed in this position, you will need to :

• Operate a Wrapping Machine
• Tray up and Present product effectively
• Be a team player
• Be capable of working well under pressure
• Self-manage when required
• Comply with our health and safety and food safety programmes

Your hours of work will be on a roster that involves working one day at the weekend. This may include some early starts, which will be discussed at the time of an interview.
