OverviewField Service Officer - MastertonField Services Officer / EMS in MastertonKia haumaru ai taatou katoaWe're FIRST Security, one of New Zealand's market leaders in security.ResponsibilitiesAs an EMS (Electronic Monitoring Service) Field Officer at FIRST Security, you will be responsible for ensuring electronic monitoring equipment is correctly installed and working properly on people in the Community serving a non-custodial sentence.

You will attend locations such as courts, prisons, and residential homes, as required to conduct these installs or call outs.You will be our first point of contact for any equipment failure or alert activations, and you will liaise with our field support team to ensure issues are attended to and fixed quickly.Hours of work – 24 / 7 rotating roster.Full and ongoing training provided.A supportive team environment.You will be required to assist in other business sectors if required.What we need you to have'Can do' attitudeExcellent people and listening skills with the ability to build relationshipsEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to think on your feet quickly in challenging environmentsPhysical fitness and the ability to handle stress and pressureA current full NZ Driver's LicenceAbility to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions checkA current Certificate of Approval (COA) or the ability to obtain oneBenefitsPay rate starting at $23.50 per hourPay rate of $27.80 per hour when fully trained in EMS.Hours of work – 24 / 7 rotating rosterFull access to First Security's 'Perks' program with extensive discounts across a wide range of retailers, petrol and groceryStrong company focus on training and development – How can we help you grow?
