At MOVe Logistics, we’re on an exciting journey, we’re nearing the end of the “reset” phase, where we have been focusing on building a strong foundation, we are preparing to enter the “step up” stage of our roadmap. This role is pivotal in leading our Highbrook site, ensuring we are ready to accelerate performance and deliver.

This is more than managing day-to-day operations—it’s about leading people, driving operational excellence, and shaping the future of one of our largest warehouses. You’ll have the chance to build capability, mentor and coach your team, and influence both customer relationships and business performance.

Candidates will have :

• Minimum of 3 years as a site manager or operations manager role within logistics or warehousing.
• A proven track record of building and leading successful teams, with a passion for developing people.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Financial acumen, including experience with P&L management and cost control.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and commitment to service excellence.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and wellbeing practices.
