Commercial Solicitor (2–4 PQE)

Mactodd Lawyers is looking for a commercially minded Solicitor with 2–4 years’ experience to join our growing Commercial team. This is a great opportunity to work across high-quality commercial matters while enjoying the lifestyle of the Queenstown Lakes and Central Otago region.

The Role

You will work on a wide variety of commercial matters, including :

• Business sales and purchases
• Commercial contracts, governance and structuring
• Commercial property and leasing
• Financing and regulatory matters

You will work closely with our experienced commercial team and enjoy strong supervision, mentorship and opportunities for development.

We are looking for someone who has :
