Pacific Research Services Librarian

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced person for a rewarding role in Te Mātāpuna’s Research Services team. They will provide knowledge, skills, and experience in functional areas of academic research support, particularly as it pertains to Pacific peoples and contexts.

• Provide specialist guidance and advice in support of Pacific research, Pacific methodologies and research approaches
• Build collectively beneficialand inclusive relationships with AUT’s Pacific research communities
• Provide guidanceon Pacific and other Indigenous methods of research communication and dissemination
• Contribute to a team of research and scholarly communications librarians informed by Te Tiriti o Waitangi values and aspirations, in delivering a support to a diverse research community.

Research Services is a collective of research support, scholarly communications and copyright librarians. Framed by AUT’s values of tika, pono and aroha, we provide collaborative, informed and inclusive support to AUT’s postgraduate and staff research communities.

You will be based at our Waihorotiu City Campus but may need to work at our other campuses from time to time.

This is a full-time (75 hours per fortnight) permanent position.You must be eligible to work in NZ to be considered.

Ngā Utu | Salary :

$73,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
