Retail Duty Managers - Glen Eden

The Retail Duty Managers play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of retail activities at our busy Liquorland Glen Eden . This position demands proactive and detail‑oriented individuals who can oversee various aspects of retail operations while providing exceptional customer service.

We have multiple part‑time positions available . Flexibility is key, with availability to work late nights and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and delivery of exceptional customer service.
• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
• Provide coaching and product training, contributing to continuous development of the team.
• Monitor financial transactions, POS reconciliations, and prepare daily sales reports.
