Job Description
How you'll make an impact
This is a varied role where no two days are the same!
You'll be the friendly face and voice of our practice, ensuring every patient has a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
You'll also play a hands-on role supporting our clinicians to deliver excellent care.
Responsibilities
As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include :
Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
Managing appointment bookings and patient records
Processing payments, banking, and other administrative tasks
Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming environment
As a Dental Assistant, you'll :
Support our dentists during a variety of treatments
Maintain strict infection control and sterilisation procedures
Manage stock and equipment preparation
Contribute to a calm, organised clinical environment
Hours
Monday : 7 : 45am – 4 : 45pm
Tuesday : 7 : 45am – 4 : 45pm
Thursday : 7 : 45am – 4 : 45pm
Friday : 7 : 45am – 4 : 45pm
Qualifications
Your Experience and Approach
You're a people person with a warm, positive attitude and a strong team spirit.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring :
Previous experience as a Receptionist (essential)
Experience as a Dental Assistant (preferred, but full training provided for the right person)
Strong customer service or sterilisation experience
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy and the ability to learn systems quickly
A proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to delivering great care
