CLAs will likely work closely with Kainga Designers and Learning Designers (middle leaders) and Leaders of Learning (senior leaders) to support the implementation of aspects of our local curriculum, like an assistant head of department would in typical secondary settings.Specific duties will be negotiated with the successfully appointed candidates but will likely include a combination of administrative and / or leadership support functions as agreed between the successful candidates and wider middle and senior leadership teams.
