Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised individual to provide exceptional administrative, secretarial, and coordination support to leaders and their teams. You will manage inboxes, diaries, and meetings, coordinate governance advice and appointments with Ministers' offices, and maintain key reports and trackers. Your ability to prioritise, plan, and manage multiple deadlines will ensure smooth delivery of outputs.

This role requires initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. It would suit a talented individual with lots of initiative and the ability to work at pace and prioritise effectively without continuous oversight.

  • Highly organised and efficient with an eye for detail
  • A pro‑active, can‑do attitude with a desire to stretch your administrative and coordination capabilities
  • The ability to multi‑task, reprioritise and react to issues that arise during the day whilst keeping calm and professional
  • Excellent communication / interpersonal skills and you're someone who enjoys building great relationships
  • Excellent IT skills and an experienced user of Microsoft Office Suite and a range of web tools
  • You’ll be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively with a wide variety of talent and diverse personalities
  • Look for new ways to lend support and make improvements
