About the role
We are a busy primary care maternity unit, overseeing pregnancy and primary birthing within Taupo and the surrounding areas.
You will practice across the full scope of midwifery using your skills in ante-natal, intra-partum, post-natal and emergency midwifery.
You will be required to work on a sole charge basis.
We provide a supportive midwifery team in a small friendly environment with two birthing rooms, 3 postnatal rooms and an ante natal clinic / DAU.
We are supported by the midwifery and obstetric teams in Rotorua.

About the Team / Service / Location
This position is based in Taupo, however you may also be required to work in Rotorua Birthing Unit.
