Description

This is the perfect role for someone with experience in general site preparation, trenching, operating machinery, and ability to communicate effectively with our operations team. As our Driver / Labourer , you’ll be part of our field teams, working alongside line mechanics engaged in transport management, line construction and maintenance work, erection of distribution equipment, cable laying and line patrolling.

What you’ll bring

  • ✅ a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • ✅ a full driver’s licence (Classes 1-5)
  • ✅ a strong commitment to health and safety
  • ✅ sound judgement, initiative and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
  • ✅ the ability to multitask and prioritise work according to timeframes

It’s a bonus if you have :

  • ✅ a tracks and wheels and / or forklift licence
  • ✅ experience operating a bulldozer
  • ✅ Hi‑Ab crane work
