Facilities Maintenance Support
Maintenance Works : Perform routine maintenance tasks, including minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry repair work
Maintenance Response : Respond promptly to maintenance requests / emergencies from staff and management to minimise service disruption
Tools & Equipment Management : Maintain and ensure proper use, upkeep, and secure storage of maintenance tools and equipment
Office Setup & Logistics Support : Assist with the set-up, relocation, and dismantling of office furniture and equipment as required
Contractor Coordination : Coordinate with external contractors / service providers for specialised repairs or services, ensuring timely and quality completion
Event Support : Provide logistical support to staff for events, including set-ups and tear-downs
Documentation : Maintain accurate records and logs of all maintenance activities in compliance with RC's SOPs.
Driving and Transportation
Transportation : Operate company vehicles to transport staff, materials, and / or equipment safely between sites or to designated locations
Road Safety : Adhere to road safety regulations and school policies during transportation
Regular Maintenance and Cleanliness : Perform regular maintenance and cleanliness of the school vehicle(s) and promptly report any issues or defects
Daily Vehicle Checks : Conduct daily internal and external vehicle checks and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules
Loading & Unloading of Items : Assist with loading and unloading of materials and equipment to and from the vehicle
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of vehicle mileage, delivery timings and vehicle maintenance activities.
Job Holder Requirements
Possesses a valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record
Preferably with at least 2 years of driving experience in a school van.
Selected candidate will be offered a 2 years fixed term contract.
