About the Role

We're looking for a Client Success Manager to oversee central government accounts, ensuring clients maximise the value of SSS's Managed Security Services. This pivotal role involves maintaining strategic relationships, driving client satisfaction, and facilitating long-term growth within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary post-sales client contact
  • Manage onboarding and ongoing engagement activities
  • Monitor account health, usage, and service outcomes
  • Support renewals, upsell, and client retention efforts
  • Lead regular service reviews and client communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or consulting
  • Background in technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and risk management capabilities
  • Ability to interpret technical outcomes into business impact
  • Proactive, resourceful, and client-focused mindset
