Overview

Operations Coordinator at Auckland University of Technology – join our Te Mātāpuna Library & Learning Services team.

Location : City campus with work at Akoranga and Manukau Campus Libraries. This is a full-time permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of customer service operations to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences for students and staff.
• Collaborate with other Coordinators to support equity, accessibility, and engagement, and embed Te Tiriti o Waitangi into everyday practice.
• Contribute to development and implementation of new service models to enhance the student experience.
