Due to increasing customer demand, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Smart Curtain Technician to join our team.Position : Smart Curtain Technician

Key Responsibilities

Install motorised curtain tracks, tubular motors, and related components

Perform low-voltage wiring and connect motors to control units

Configure remote controls, Wi-Fi modules, and mobile app operation

Integrate systems with Google Home, Alexa, Apple HomeKit

Calibrate curtain opening / closing limits and test motor performance

Diagnose and repair faults in motors, controllers, or smart modules

Provide customer training and after-installation support

Maintain accurate installation records and follow safety procedures

Skills and Experience Required

Two years of relevant work experience in installation, electronic equipment servicing, or smart / IT security technology

Ability to perform low-voltage wiring and basic electrical tasks

Understanding of Wi-Fi pairing, mobile app configuration, and smart-home technology

A valid NZ driver's licence
