52 km from Hastings & Havelock North and an easy drive to wineries, cycle trails and Hawke's Bay Farmers Market.

20 minutes from beautiful Pourerere Beach and a 10 minutes drive to Patangata Tavern for rural hospitality and great meals.

Close to the Tukituki River for excellent trout fishing.

The country town of Waipawa with a supermarket, butchers shop, bottle store, cafes, petrol ...

We are looking for someone to look after our rural lifestyle property, situated in Central Hawke's Bay.

Our home is comfortably furnished with a good cooker with double ovens and gas hob.

It is well set up for outdoor living with the choice of several areas for outdoor dining.

We are looking for house sitters who will love and respect our place as much as we do.

We have a very friendly eighteen month old Jack Russell who has free range of the property but he will need to be taken for a daily walk.

The only other animals to be looked after are our friendly chooks and in return they will (hopefully) provide you with fresh eggs for your breakfast.

We also have 5 ducks and some goldfish.

We ask that you keep our vege garden and pot plants watered, in return for this we hope that you will be able to harvest veges for your use.

Woodland Hills is a quiet, peaceful rural property.

You can sit on our lawn or terrace and not see another house.

The property is not suitable for children.
