About the role

We are recruiting for an energetic and proactive Client Services Administrator to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting and diverse role within our Client Services team. Playing a key conduit between both our staff and clients you will be involved in all aspects of the transactions we undertake across all facets of the business, including trust account transaction processing, client on‑boarding, reporting, firm‑wide training, stakeholder liaison and workflow co‑ordination.

This role is Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am–5 : 30pm. However, from time to time, you may be rostered on a rotation that provides extended support to the firm until 6 : 30pm.

Successful candidates will present as an all‑round administrative superstar. You will have exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills and will thrive working in a co‑operative and collaborative team environment. Managing multiple tasks will excite you and you will have the ability to communicate confidently with a diverse group of clients and employees.
