St Ignatius of Loyola Catholic College are seeking a principal | tumuaki to lead this Y7–13 coeducational Catholic state-integrated school situated at in the Franklin region at Drury Auckland. This is a companion school in the network of Jesuit schools in Australasia. 2026 is the 3rd year of the College’s establishment and will have Y7–11 students | ākonga with the roll growing to 900 in 2028.
We are seeking a committed and experienced senior leader who will, work alongside the Board, to continue its establishment with all year levels. They will ensure the continuation of a culture of excellence and pedagogy that promotes the holistic development of ākonga of conscience, competence, compassion and commitment. The successful principal | tumuaki will be committed to embedding the Jesuit Charism and Mana Mātauranga with the pervading philosophy of finding God in all things.
A willingness and ability to take part in religious instruction appropriate to the Special Character of the school shall be a condition of appointment.
The position commences on 20 April 2026 or earlier by negotiation.
