Job Description
Pullman Auckland is looking for a talented and passionate Guest Services Agent to work in a 5-star hotel environment.
Welcome guests from all corners of the world and build relationships with both new and regular guests.
Ensure accuracy and professionalism with information and payments during arrivals and departures.
Collaborate closely with housekeeping, reservations and other Pullman Auckland departments to foster positive guest experiences.
Qualifications
Experience in a busy hotel environment.
Proven reception exposure and experience is an advantage.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to connect with all guests.
Right to work in New Zealand.
Full NZ driver's licence and Opera Cloud knowledge is an advantage, but not mandatory.
Ability to work a rotating roster across 7 days, including weekends and public holidays.
