We are looking for a Telesales Superstar to help grow and maintain our market share in this fast paced and growing industry. You will be based at our Christchurch Branch.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate:

• A strong ability to build relationships with customers and seek opportunities
• Resiliency determination and tenacity
• Proven track record in working in a target driven environment
• Outstanding telephone manner and negotiation skills
• A customer and solution focus

You will be focused on managing existing clients establishing relationships with them and looking for opportunities to add value to both their business and ours.

Youll be a good problem solver with the ability to sniff out opportunities within your own customer portfolio.

You will have excellent time management skills.

This is fast-paced role and not for the faint hearted.

This is a fixed term position until June 2027 covering parental leave.
