We’re growing! Our Customer Service team at UCC Coffee is looking for two new team members - one to join us full-time, and another to jump in for a 3 month fixed-term contract to help us navigate a peak period of volume and activity.

Full-Time Customer Service Representative - Permanent
This is a fast-paced, full-time role based in our East Tamaki office with some flexibility for hybrid working after an initial induction period, where you'll be the first point of contact for our customers across New Zealand. You’ll handle order processing, service queries, logistics coordination, and consumer communication. You’ll be joining a collaborative team and working across our sales, warehousing, and operations functions.

Customer Service Administrator 3-month Fixed Term
We’re also on the lookout for a sharp, organised, and proactive Customer Service Admin to support the team over a 3-month period during a seasonal volume spike. This is a part-time role with flexible hours.

This is ideal for someone who enjoys being behind the scenes but is equally comfortable jumping on the phones when needed.
