Job Responsibilities

Plan and conduct treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions.

Serve as co-leader in interdisciplinary patient care teams.

Complete evaluations, establish treatment plans, and use appropriate techniques and tools.

Provide therapy interventions, communicate care plans, and document clinical activities accurately.

Supervise assistants and collaborate with disciplines to meet team goals.

Establish and oversee realistic treatment and discharge plans.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of recent experience

Graduate of an accredited school

BLS certification

Active state license

High professionalism in interactions with patients, families, and staff
