Responsibilities
- Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs / targets
- Maximize sales and promote to all customers our Travelex product range
- Embrace the digital mindset via social media – Google reviews / Facebook / Instagram
- Monitor stock levels and fully investigate overs and shorts (differences) and report
- Comply with all company and location policy and procedures, including legal requirements
Your Experience
