Cromwell College seeks a dedicated and skilled learning support coordinator (LSC) to provide crucial support and coordination for our Y7 and 8 students with identified learning needs. This role is focused primarily on improving student outcomes in numeracy and literacy.

Key focus of the role

The LSC will work specifically with our junior high school cohort to :

• Provide dedicated support and coordination for Y7 and 8 students with identified learning needs.
• Concentrate efforts on developing core skills in numeracy and literacy.
• Foster positive relationships with students, whānau (family), and staff to promote inclusive practices across the junior school.
