The Opportunity – Analyst / Associate

As an Analyst / Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of transactions (both client‑driven and direct investment) and strategic advisory projects. Working in a close‑knit and highly collaborative team, your workload will vary and fluctuate depending on the pipeline of work, offering exposure to a broad range of mandates and companies.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Financial Analysis & Modelling – Build and maintain detailed financial models to support valuation, M&A, and capital‑raise processes; conduct scenario, sensitivity, and in‑depth financial analysis.
• Transaction Services & Deal Advisory – Assist with buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence; assist in drafting information memorandums and management presentations.
• Private equity investment and portfolio management – Origination, screening, and due diligence of private equity investments; preparation of investment committee memos and support in IC presentations and decision‑making; active investment portfolio management, including performance reporting and value creation initiatives; fund administration and investor reporting, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
• Research & Market Analysis – Conduct industry, market, and company research; monitor market trends, industry news, and market developments.
• Pitchbook & Presentation Support – Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and marketing documents.
• Client Support & Interaction – Participate in client meetings and presentations; draft materials for client updates, proposals, and pitches.
