To coordinate and support hospital's A&A and minor works.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and build accountability within the Site Building Trade team by setting clear expectations, deliverables, and performance standards.Manage contracts end-to-end— from drafting and negotiation to monitoring performance, handling disputes, and maintaining documentation.Oversee vendor performance, ensuring timely service delivery and compliance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Assist in daily operations, including system breakdown investigations, audits, inspections, and reviewing maintenance programs.Develop and update SOPs, policies, and work instructions in line with industry best practices and operational needs.Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, procurement, and audit standards across all contract and operational activities.Conduct audits and performance reviews of vendors to assess maintenance effectiveness and recommend improvements.Lead root cause investigations following system failures and support recovery and mitigation planning.Plan system upgrades and replacementsbefore end-of-life and participate in infrastructure project reviews and commissioning.Train and develop team members, while actively participating in knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fieldMinimum three (3) years of relevant experience in management of Civil & Building services and facilities operation as well as improvement projects.Certificate in Fire Safety Manager / Officer or relevant fire safety experiences will be advantageous.Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skillsAble to perform under tight deadlines and fast pace environmentWe regret to inform only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
