Overview
InsuraTec Services Group, a leading provider of financial and insurance services, is seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as District Sales Representatives.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and driving insurance sales in your assigned district.
This is a commission-only position with a focus on work-from-home flexibility, virtual collaboration, and work-life balance.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
Utilize provided leads to drive sales and meet monthly targets
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
Work independently and efficiently in a remote, virtual environment
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Uphold the values of transparency, integrity, diversity, and relentlessness in all interactions
Qualifications
Must obtain a valid insurance license (training provided)
No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
Self-paced and driven individuals with excellent communication skills
Ability to work full-time hours, maintaining a flexible schedule
Client-focused mindset and ability to understand client needs
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
No cold calling, door-to-door sales, or network marketing involved
