About the role | He Aha Te Tūranga
As a Claims Support Consultant, you’ll help drive operational efficiency and enhance member experience by accurately triaging claims and pre-approvals in line with company standards. You’ll also provide vital administrative support to ensure smooth processes and superior customer service.Support the claims assessment team by handling admin tasks and keeping processes running smoothly.- Help improve turnaround times and accuracy so claims can be assessed faster, and members enjoy a seamless, high-quality experience.You’re a confident communicator with strong admin skills and a knack for staying organised. You enjoy working with others, solving problems, and making sure every detail is spot on.- Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with great attention to detail in admin tasks.A team player who is customer-focused, self-motivated, and always ready to lend a hand.- Known for your sound judgment, time management, and ability to communicate clearly and professionally.Insurance or medical administration experience will be highly regarded but not essential.
