• Work hours between 08 : 30 hrs - 17 : 00hrs.

It is a sought-after position due to the Rural nature ofthe work.The Ruralteam covers an area between the Clarence River (Kaikoura) to the north and downto the Rakaia River in the South.

Youwill be embedded in a supportive multi-disciplinary team based at FergussonBuilding at Hillmorton Hospital.

The position will involve travel using a TeWhatu-Ora vehicle.This role is a fixed term, full time position covering parental leave until the 23rd June

Tobe successful in our team you will need to display a positive attitude andenthusiasm for this area of work, you will enjoy being part of a committed anddiverse multi-disciplinary team, you will work in collaboration with a group ofprofessionals that recognises the importance of providing quality care andservices to their patients, friends and whanau and liaising with our GP's ,medical centres and NGO's.

Interacting with a variety of stakeholders, you willhave an ability to effectively manage and prioritise a caseload in a casemanagement position.
