Job descriptionLeadingthe development and implementation of regional service delivery plans. Drivingperformance improvement and reducing variation in access and clinicalpractice. Coordinatingregional workforce and capital planning aligned with national priorities. Embeddingnetworked ways of working across hospital and community radiologyservices. Supportingimplementation of national service delivery models and standards. Buildingstrong relationships with national, regional, and district stakeholders 8'10years' senior operational / service management experience in healthcare. Provenability to lead change, manage complexity, and deliver performance uplift. Strongbusiness acumen and strategic planning capability. Experiencein hospital and community service delivery environments. Deepunderstanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and equity in health. Excellentstakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. Knowledgeof quality improvement, programme / project management, and health systemstrategy. HealthServices Management or clinical qualification. Leadwith integrity, urgency, and a commitment to equity. Translatestrategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Buildcollaborative relationships across diverse teams and sectors. Takepersonal responsibility and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Te Waipounamu Service Delivery Manager - Radiology
- FixedTerm : 18 Months | Full-Time 40 hour Per week 1.0 FTE
- Location : Te Waipounamu (South Island) Flexible working across Te Waipounamu.
Te Waipounamu Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora is seeking adynamic and experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead the regionalcoordination and performance uplift of radiology services across Te Waipounamu.
About the Role
This is a strategic and operational leadership role focusedon delivering high-quality, equitable, and whānau-centred radiology services.You will work closely with the Te Waipounamu Radiology Clinical Network,district leaders, and national programmes to implement the Regional RadiologyService Delivery Plan and support the Diagnostic Boost Programme.
