This role exists to provide vital support to the Technical Lead for Serialisation and Data Administration, ensuring the smooth and accurate management of Master Data across the Operations Group. You’ll play a key part in maintaining the integrity of product and customer data within Douglas. By supporting onboarding, process improvements, and data accuracy, this role helps drive operational efficiency, compliance, and product traceability throughout the business.
What you’ll do
- Be the guardian of data integrity , managing and maintaining key ERP Master Data to keep operations running smoothly.
- Create, update, and streamline Material Masters, BOMs, Recipes, and Supplier data with precision and accuracy.
- Champion continuous improvement , driving data governance, quality checks, and system enhancements that boost efficiency.
- Turn data into insight , generating reports and analytics to support smarter business decisions.
- Take ownership of Traceability and Serialisation systems (Laetus & Tracelink), ensuring product authenticity and compliance.
- Onboard new products and customers , overseeing testing, validation, and smooth integration into production systems.
- Provide hands‑on technical support to production, coordinating artwork, Vision Systems, and Master Data setups.
- Collaborate across teams and partners , building strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.
- Play a key role in product launches and global supply , helping deliver life‑changing medicines to patients worldwide.
What you’ll bring
Strong understanding of Supply Chain and MRP processes , with experience coordinating change processes or material updates in a manufacturing environment.Experience with Track & Trace, Serialisation, or batch management systems (advantageous but not essential).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams ; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) , training will be provided if needed.A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Pharmaceuticals, Food, FMCG, or IT .A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work confidently across all levels of the organisation.Strong planning, organisation, and problem‑solving abilities , with a practical, motivated, and adaptable approach.A true team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.Benefits
