What you’ll do
- Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and define impactful solutions.
- Challenge the status quo constructively to drive innovation and improvement.
Design
Create intuitive, functional user experiences based on customer insights.Develop and refine user interfaces with a strong focus on usability and visual design.Plan scalable architecture for Laravel-based applications on a containerised platform.Build
Design and implement modern front‑end frameworks integrated with back‑end systems using Laravel.Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code following best practices.Deliver projects in vertical slices for incremental progress and quick feedback cycles.Maintain
Monitor and optimise application performance; identify and resolve bugs and bottlenecks.Contribute to conversations on aligning policies and processes with technical best practices.Support and mentor team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.The ideal candidate will have experience in the following
Technical Skills
Deep understanding of modern PHP and Laravel best practices.Strong grasp of software design principles.Demonstrated experience in applying UX principles to create intuitive, user‑focused solutions.Hands‑on experience with Docker, both locally and in CI / CD environments.Proficiency in automated testing (unit and feature) using Pest or PHPUnit, with a preference towards test‑driven development practices.Core Skills & Mindset
