As an Engineering Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will be joining our high performing project delivery team.
We have a strong focus on Power, Water and Decarbonisation as we continue to diversify and offer our customers support and expertise as they go on their Energy Transition journey.
These roles will require someone with deep project delivery expertise on EPC / EPCM contracts in relevant sectors.

What You'll Do
Hands on project and design management, driving Safe and Sustainable engineering outcomes for the project and asset lifecycle.
Monitor project milestones and report on performance, risks, costs and productivity.
Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are strictly followed.
Troubleshoot engineering and execution challenges as they arise.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to project documentation and reporting.
Help to drive a culture of 'doing it right first time' and delivering practical solutions.
What You'll Have
Tertiary qualification in engineering or a related field, supported by proven engineering experience.
Extensive track record managing complex engineering and construction projects valued greater than $10M.
Proven experience in people leadership, including fostering a high performance culture that empowers and enables teams to thrive.
Ability to build and leverage strong internal and external relationships to achieve shared project success and outcomes.
Demonstrated experience administering contracts.
Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with project teams.
Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
Hold a current NZ driver's licence.
Flexibility to travel throughout New Zealand.
