Job Description
Prepare and present dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, in‑room dining, functions, and buffets with Novotel’s signature flair.
Deliver high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene in a dynamic hotel kitchen.
Organise your section, manage mise en place, and ensure smooth, efficient service.
Follow established recipes while bringing creativity and passion to every plate.
Monitor stock, maintain rotation, and minimise waste in line with sustainability values.
