Suncorp is growing in North Queensland, and our Townsville Contact Centre (opened June 2025) is expanding fast. We’re now hiring full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our AAMI team and support customers across Australia.

If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail, childcare or a contact centre, your experience with people, problem solving and service makes you a great fit. Shift Pattern :

This role is a  Full time Role offering :

• Option 1 :   37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday Start window 09 : 00am -11 : 00am (During daylight savings 8 : 00am - 10 : 00am)
• Option 2 :  37.5 hours per week – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Saturday & Sunday, Start window 09 : 00am -11 : 00am (During daylight savings 8 : 00am - 10 : 00am)

Please note : ‘Start window’ means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown.
