Join Vulcan Steel's 2.5-year Graduate Programme to gain hands-on experience in operations, logistics, sales, and more within Australasia's leading metals distributor.

Your Role

Here's what you will be doing :

Drive and support distribution and logistics operations to deliver steel products across New Zealand and Australia.

Gain practical experience in processing and manufacturing.

Work with internal sales teams on customer quoting, order management, and service delivery.

Work alongside external sales representatives to understand client engagement, build strong relationships, and manage your own customer portfolio.

Contribute to operational improvements, health & safety initiatives, and efficiency projects.

About You

The company is looking for :

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Logistics.

Completion of undergraduate study within the last 2 years

Based in Auckland for the duration of the programme.

New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.

Demonstrated leadership and teamwork potential, with initiative to take on challenges.

A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn in a hands-on operational environment.

Interest in the metals, logistics, or industrial sector.

Full driver's licence.

Successful candidates will complete a pre-employment medical and drug screen.
