BA & PMO Capability Lead

Want to drive continuous improvement, innovation and collaboration for project delivery & analysis at Bluecurrent? We have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated BA & PMO Capability Lead to champion best practices, teamwork and drive positive change across our IT and business project portfolios.

In this dynamic role, you will bring your expertise in business analysis capability with ownership of PMO processes, ensuring efficiency, transparency and alignment with Bluecurrent's strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide the business analysts' team.
• Define, drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex business analysis activities.
• Assess, design, and implement improvements to PMO processes, methodologies, and governance structures.
• Partner with PMO leadership and project managers to embed consistent ways of working across portfolios.
• Establish measures of success for PMO process adoption and effectiveness.

What we are looking for

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have 7+ years’ business analysis lead experience with the ability to design and implement PMO frameworks, processes, and playbooks. You will also have a continuous improvement and collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.

As the BA & PMO Capability Lead, you will ideally bring previous leadership (not essential but preferred) or mentoring experience with a focus on promoting an environment that supports continuous learning and professional development for the team.
