About the Role :
- Manage and maintain secure and efficient ICT systems across multiple Tumu businesses
- Configure and support network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VLANs, VPNs)
- Provide quality support to staff both onsite and remotely
- Drive improvements using the Microsoft Power Platform
- Support technology upgrades and enhancements
