About the Role

As a Credit Solutions Specialist, you'll be part of a close-knit team that plays a key role in helping Kiwis access finance in a responsible, customer-centric way.

Primarily, your day will involve guiding individuals to understand and manage their financial obligations, using your skills in communication and problem-solving to help them navigate challenging situations.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative role that suits people who love problem-solving, and are motivated by making a real impact.
