Job description

Overview

Digital Workspace Engineer at Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities. This role focuses on building and maintaining digital solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, as well as Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365, enabling Kāinga Ora's teams to work securely, efficiently and effectively across Aotearoa.

You'll work with internal customers across the organisation to understand business problems, design digital and process solutions, and then build and deploy these, ensuring that they work and deliver value for the end users. This role is part of a well-established agile DevOps team, and existing practices such as pair programming will provide strong support to achieve success and upskill yourself.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-house Power Platform digital solutions, working end-to-end across design, build, testing, documentation and deployment.
  • Work directly with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships, understand problems, and ensure solutions are delivering value and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to supporting and monitoring existing solutions.
  • Build and maintain technical expertise in the technologies you work with.

Qualifications

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you\'ll bring

  • Experience presenting and demonstrating digital solutions.
  • Strong unstructured problem-solving ability — ideating multiple possible solutions to complex and partially-defined problems and articulating the most suitable one.
