12 month fixed term contract (Christmas close down)

Full time hours and on-site carparking

Our client is a respected and established organisation with a strong reputation for excellence across multiple divisions. With operations spanning several business units, they provide a broad range of services and pride themselves on a collaborative and values-driven culture.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Accounting Services Manager to oversee financial operations and provide strategic support across the wider organisation.

You will be responsible for managing the accounting services function and ensuring the seamless delivery of financial processes across all divisions.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll be hands on in supporting your team, implementing efficient systems, and ensuring compliance and accuracy across all financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting administrators across multiple divisions
  • Oversee end-to-end financial processes, including accounts payable / receivable, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and internal controls
  • Partner with divisional managers to provide financial insights and performance analysis
  • Drive process improvement and efficiency across finance operations
  • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and management reports

You’ll bring proven leadership experience within a complex or multi-division environment, with a strong technical accounting background and excellent interpersonal skills.

You will also have :

  • Proven experience leading accounting or shared services teams
  • Strong understanding of accounting systems and ERP platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
